Running a new business is an enormous challenge.  Although my family and friends were being as supportive as possible it was a new experience for them as well.  I felt I needed more specific and knowledgeable support, so I was extremely please when I was introduced to Nicci.  She spent the time to really understand my business vision before offering well thought out, innovative ideas about organising my business and growing my customer base.  She also wrote a detailed, well-researched business plan to support a bank loan application.  My bank manager said it was one of the best business plans she'd read during her 10yrs at the bank: the loan was approved immediately.

Working in a demanding IT Business Development role is a challenge at the best of times.  During a difficult economic climate it becomes even more vital to remain motivated, diligent and assertive to be successful.  I was in my ideal job, however, my self-esteem was at rock bottom.  My boss was continually under-mining me and I felt I was a fake who was about to found out.

Coaching helped me to improve my positive mental attitude.  I’m now confident that I’m good at my job without being arrogant.  My boss has noticed the difference in my attitude and has started to make me feel that he values my opinions and contributions to the department.  Nicci has helped me to establish what I really want from my career and to find the means within myself to get it.  She has assisted me in confidently handling barriers and objections, remaining positive in difficult circumstances and achieving brilliant results.
